Geoffrey Davison has spent his career in education and nature conservation in South-east Asia. Following his doctorate from the University of Malaya, his career has been divided between academia at the National University of Malaysia, the non-governmental sector with WWF Malaysia, and government in the National Parks Board, Singapore. In all three roles, he has been involved with developing policy support tools such as natural resource planning, environmental accounting, and environmental impact assessment. He has published various books and papers on natural history in Southeast Asia.
