Director of Climate Programs at ICLEI–Local Governments for Sustainability
Brian Holland oversees programs for greenhouse gas emissions management and climate resilience as Director of Climate Programs at ICLEI–Local Governments for Sustainability. In addition to broad expertise in carbon management and climate resilience, he has particular expertise in sea-level rise adaptation and has worked on the Sea Level Rise Adaptation Strategy for San Diego Bay and on a sea-level rise vulnerability assessment developed for the City of Los Angeles. Brian’s projects have been recognized for excellence by the American Planning Association and the American Society of Landscape Architects.
